When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

I just placed an order – will I get a confirmation from you?

Yes! After submitting an order shipping within the United States, you should be taken to a page that provides an order confirmation number. Within a few moments, you will receive a confirmation email from us. After your order has finished processing and is ready to ship (for domestic orders with ground shipping, allow up to five business days), you will receive a second email that provides the UPS tracking information for your shipment. Please Contact Us if you have not received your confirmation emails.

How can I view my order?

If you have an account with us and are signed in to the same account with which you placed the order, you should be able to view your order online. You can sign in here to check your order history. If you are unable to access your order, please Contact Us for assistance linking your order to your account.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! Electronic gift cards (e-cards) may be purchased and personalized through our website (www.earthstreasures.com). It will be emailed to the recipient within 24 hours of submitting your order. Physical gift cards may also be purchased at our in store location and can be shipped directly to you or the recipient via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Both e-cards and physical gift cards can be used in store or online for orders shipping domestically. Gift cards cannot be purchased or redeemed outside the US.
